Yes. We’re happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible. For extra tasks (such as inside the oven, refrigerator, or windows), please contact the office in advance so we can plan accordingly. Additional charges may apply for services outside your regular cleaning.
Yes. Luxury Maids has provided professional cleaning services since 2007. We are licensed, bonded, and insured, and our teams are supervised to help ensure consistent, reliable service.
We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and one-time cleaning services, as well as move-in / move-out cleaning. Scheduling is flexible and services can be customized to your needs.
Pricing is customized based on your home or space and the type of service requested. Factors may include size, cleaning frequency, pets, clutter, and any specialized cleaning needs.
For your first cleaning, we bring the necessary supplies and common tools. For ongoing service, we ask that you provide supplies. If needed, we can also purchase them for you and you can reimburse us the same day.
Many clients are not home during service, so we may ask for a key and alarm code (if applicable). If you prefer to be home, we can provide an approximate arrival window. A lockout fee may apply if our team cannot access the home at the scheduled time.
Yes. We offer move-in / move-out cleaning services to help prepare your home before moving in or after moving out.
You can reschedule, skip, add, or cancel a cleaning. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Please note that if a cleaning is skipped and not rescheduled, the next visit may be billed at the frequency that matches the time since your last cleaning.
Payment is due upon completion of your scheduled cleaning service. Most clients leave a check in the home, and a backup card may be requested if needed.
No. We simply ask that you pick up clothing, toys, and household items before we arrive so our team can focus on the cleaning details and deliver the best results.
Yes. We love pets. For everyone’s safety, please let us know in advance how your pets should be handled during the cleaning.
We treat your home with care and respect. If damage or breakage occurs during service, we will make every effort to repair or replace the item.
